Returns Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be purchased directly from our website
Be unused and in the same condition you received it
Be in its original packaging with tag attached
You will also need proof of purchase or receipt

Items purchased from pop-ups or trunk shows
Items purchased from other retailers or suppliers

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you’d like is to return your current purchase first. Once your return is received and approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We’ll send you an update as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If you’re returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This helps ensure your return arrives safely, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items that are lost in transit.
